She adopts a person-centred approach, offering a safe and supportive space for clients to understand themselves and their relationships. Through therapeutic counselling, Lisa empowers her clients to recognize how unresolved hurt can limit their current life experiences, drain their vitality, and contribute to stress and exhaustion.
In these sessions, clients can develop new patterns and ways of being, granting them the opportunity to lead more purposeful, joyful, and harmonious lives.
Sessions last 55 minutes and are designed for adults, families, and groups.
Lisa draws from her lived experiences and professional qualifications to provide mental health support for her clients. As a mother of three children, one of whom has ADHD, she brings a wealth of lived experience that enhances her person-centred approach. This allows her to connect naturally with people from all walks of life and understand the challenges they face.
Lisa is fully insured and holds public liability insurance, a Blue Card, and a full Federal Police/Crime Clearance.
She is also a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
