Grief & Loss
Compassionate support through bereavement and life transitions.
What is Grief & Loss?
Grief is a natural and deeply personal response to loss. While we most commonly associate grief with the death of a loved one, it can also arise from many other significant life changes — the end of a relationship, loss of a job, a serious illness, the loss of a sense of identity, or any transition that takes away something meaningful to you.
Grief does not follow a set timeline or a predictable path. It can show up as sadness, anger, numbness, guilt, relief, or a complicated mix of emotions that shift from day to day. There is no right or wrong way to grieve — and no set point at which you "should" be over it.
