Anxiety & Depression
Evidence-based tools to manage and overcome anxiety and low mood.
What are Anxiety & Depression?
Anxiety and depression are among the most common mental health challenges people face — and they often occur together. Anxiety can show up as persistent worry, racing thoughts, physical tension, panic, or a constant sense of dread. Depression may feel like persistent sadness, emptiness, loss of motivation, difficulty concentrating, or a withdrawal from the things and people you once enjoyed.
Both conditions exist on a spectrum and can range from mild and manageable to severely debilitating. They can affect your relationships, your work, your physical health, and your sense of self. The important thing to know is that both are treatable — and you don't have to manage them alone.
